Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you can do it yourself in your customer account 1h after you have placed your order.
If you do not have a customer account, you can cancel your order via customer service as long as your order is not being processed.
Please note that this is only possible as long as your package is not yet being processed. You can also check the status of your order with customer service.
After the cancellation, your money will be credited back to you via your originally chosen payment method.
