If you have chosen Klarna on account as payment method, you have to register the return in your Klarna portal.

 

This will pause your payment until the return has been processed and you will not receive a payment request. You will find more information about this in the email that you receive from Klarna with the payment request.

 

Please note that in case of a refund only the value of goods and not the postage of 4,90 Euro (if your order value was less than 99 Euro) will be refunded (NOTE: Shipping cost are depending on your country). This and also the 4,90 Euro pro rata return shipping costs, which will be charged when returning the goods with our return label, have to be transferred directly to Klarna.

 

We ask for your understanding that in case of failure to do so, we cannot cover the reminder costs of Klarna.
