Once your return has arrived at our logistics center and has been processed by one of our staff, your money will be refunded to you via your originally chosen payment method. Please note which payment method you have chosen to check if your money has arrived. You can always check which payment method you have chosen in the customer account. You should also find the information in the confirmation email. You will also receive a separate confirmation email with the refunded amount. 

 

If the minimum requirements (e.g. minimum purchase value) for the Free Gift are no longer met due to the return, please also send the Free Gift back to us unused. If you wish to keep the Free Gift, the purchase amount will be deducted from your refund. The prices for the Free Gifts are available in the store or through our customer service.
