If your item arrives damaged, dirty or with a production defect, please report it to customer service immediately and send a photo of the damaged item. Please do not return the item until you have reported the damage or soiling to Customer Service. To report the complaint, go to Contact Us on the contact form in our online store and select 'Complaint' as the reason for contact. If the damage, production defect or dirt is visible on the picture and not caused by you, the item will be replaced free of charge as soon as your return has been received and processed in the department store.
