Size exchange / color change 

 

If you want your item in a different size or color, you can place a new order in our online store with the desired color or size. Please return the unsuitable item to us, following the steps of the return process. The purchase amount will be credited to you via the original payment method once the return has been received and processed in the department store. 

 

If the return does not meet the minimum requirements (e.g. minimum purchase value) for the Free Gift, please also return the Free Gift to us unused. If you wish to keep the Free Gift, the purchase amount will be deducted from your refund. The prices for the Free Gifts are available in the store or through our customer service.
